Jeremiah dreams

I had this gigantic unibrow that was connected to my hair. Dad was trying to shave eyebrows and shave everything else off. That's all I remember. Then, we were at Mills Lawn and there was this giant wall with a huge mattress leaned up against it on a steep slant. There was a race for one-year-olds to crawl all the way up, hit a bell, and slide back down on their backs. So Kellen supercrawled all the way up the incredibly steep mountain. He was literally stuck to the mattress like Spiderman, or he would have fallen off. So he hit the bell and started sliding down. But the bully from the Simpsons, Nelson, put this big brick in the way at the bottom, that Kelly would hit. So Kelly jumped off right at the end and landed on Nelson instead of the brick. Then he won a million dollars.

This is my kind of dream

Jeremiah:

It was Mom's birthday and for her birthday we were getting her a car and building her a house. For her birthday, I got four Naruto headbands with all kinds of different stars in them that you could take in and out. We used those stars as screws for the new house. The boy building the house was a tiny little boy in a red mask and red cape, and he was called Mr. Fire Hands. The way we gave you a car was to drive 50 miles down a hill and stop right in front of you, and you could have your car. But the person driving your car went 300 miles, sped off course, left the party, stole the car and stole Mr. Fire Hands. So we decided to give you a Buggy car instead. I took all the screws out of your house so I could have them back in my headband again.

Jeremiah had a hilarious dream:

We were living in a motel. We couldn't pay the rent, but Uncle Bill and Auntie Beth were there with a big bowl of lemon drops. So we didn't need to buy food. Then, someone else from our family moved in with us to help pay the rent, but nobody knew this new guy from our family - we just knew he was from our family.  That's all I remember.

Jeremiah's dream

I was in David's pool and I was walking on the water. I was doing all kinds of strokes, like doggie-paddle, but only my hands were touching the water, and I would just float.

There was an 8th harry potter book called _The New HeadMaster_ - so, we went to space and there was another 8th new HP book. It was just weird - like _The Super Cool Extreme Amendment_ or something like that.

Jamie made friends with an alien and left me to fight the aliens and spent the whole time with his friend. He was driving a car, and also on bikes, walking, just everywhere.

The aliens were shooting arrows (with a bow) so this one alien was a big robot shooting at guys on bikes, then Dad suddenly appeared and told us it was bedtime, so since we were in space,
the time went from 23:41 to 9:31 and then the minute hands were changing every second by 5s or something.

Then, I was a really bad Dragonball Z character, flying around in a jetpack, avoiding the worst enemy, shooting missiles out my jetpack but all I did was blow up a space car.

Jamie: man, your dreams are awesome. I just dream about the simpsons and public bathrooms.

Jeremiah's Dream

We were coming home from Aaron's house and we were going to the pie factory to get a piece of pie for free. I wanted key lime pie, but at the factory it was called Me Lime Pie. So the last time Jamie went there with Aaron, he'd gotten me the King Pie with a picture of a lion's head on it, and I was eating the key lime pie, which was actually mint chocolate chip ice cream so we went to a big field with lots of dogs in their crates. They were all trying to get the king pie from me, which I was trying to save for tomorrow. Then one of the dogs bit me on the ankle. So, I looked at the pie and woke up, and it wasn't there.

could it be February? are we feeling cramped up?

Yes, it could be, and you can tell by my dream: we moved to a new house. It was large -- vast, in fact. There was an enormous indoor swing set, and enough rooms for all of us to have our own space, specific space for school/crafts, and specific space for my knitting and a place for a sewing machine. If that's not enough, it somehow was the same building in which Grandma lives, so we could see her every day.

In honor of February, I refer you to another of Soulemama's posts in which she makes a plan for tackling February.  She has some ideas in mind to prevent the blahs, and encourages us to post pictures of our ideas.  (I happen to know that my funny sister someone is planning on bringing lots of  snow in from the yard and letting her kids play in the bathtub with it.)  My main idea involves a birthday party at our local community center - I'm going to plan a few fun activities for all the littles. After that, we still have two weeks of February, so I need to keep thinking.

I guess I'm not much of a challenge to dream analysts

The dream was that we were staying in a giant room full of low cabinets, full of sharp nails and other dangers, and Ryan figured out how to work babyproofing cabinet latches.

Kellen has a massive case of baby acne.  He doesn't seem to be losing any of this dark hair (looking at other boys' baby pictures, I'm amazed how much hair K has) and his eyes seem to be sticking with bluest blue.  He  seems to enjoy the attention of his brothers, flashing some spectacular gummy grins at Jamie every time he appears. Kellen's not totally fond of Ryan's slow-motion head-butting (first lean in as if to kiss, then gently touch foreheads, slowly apply pressure until baby cries or mom notices, and then run away and hide), but he's surprisingly tolerant of the smaller curious pokes and bonks. For the hundreth time, I wish for another set of arms. At least one more hand?   

baby dreams and ultrasounds

We are the true thing, the Boy Factory. Four boys for us, says the very obvious sign on the ultrasound yesterday.

Last night I dreamed that I gave birth a week early, very quickly and fairly easily, before Brenda or anyone could get there. I knelt and birthed him onto a towel, and didn't remember the placenta for another day or two, lol.  The midwife never did come - it was an odd dream, but they usually are. Somewhere in that dream we also bought a new house, a big brick ranch that looked a lot like Bill and Dorothy's old house. I woke up unusually sore and with a headache. I think that ultrasound was a bit too much excitement for me.
