make meal plan to repeat weekly - this is going to be a long process but I am determined to find some meals that are healthier than pancakes and bacon or our version of tuna casserole (the two things that they'll all eat) and that at least 5 out of 6 of us like. Help with suggestions please.
You know, I'm the menu queen. We seem to have oatmeal-walnut burgers, pasta with various sauces and vegetables, lentil soup, spinach-feta pies, chicken pot pie, and chicken in Indian sauces about once a week. At least those are the recurring ones. What kinds of taste challenges do you want to offer the boys? Do you want them to try one new thing per meal, or to find a main dish everyone likes? Do they like different things when they eat out? Are you willing to do "make your own" burrito/pizza/taco/wrap kind of dinners? What about frittatas, or enchilada casseroles? And can you sit on the older ones about their visible and audible reactions to foods? My little ones won't eat it if the olders make "yuck" faces.
